Day 4


Exercise:
-20 min light walk in afternoon
-Triceps
-Chest
-Quads

Juiced
-Spinach
-Kale
-Cucumber
-Celery
-Ginger Root
-Strawberry
-Blueberry
-Banana

Thoughts:
This is day 4 and I finally caved in....a little bit.  I was at work and a coworker had baked some goods and she sits on the other side of the building from me.  She came over and hand delivered her homemade baked good to me and I couldn't tell that I can't eat this.  So I ate it.  I think my taste buds are starting to change.  Normally I could eat like 5 of what she made but this one piece I had was super sweet.

I stopped by my parents place after work.  They always have yummy food there.  So......I ended up eating a couple bites of baked chicken while I was there.  It was so damn delicious.  I wanted to eat so much more but I contained myself. Damn.

I just weighed myself and I'm at 263.5 lbs.  -5.5 lbs in 4 days.

Day 3


Exercise:
-30 min on elliptical
-Biceps
-Back

Juiced
-Kale

-Carrots
-Lemon
-Ginger Root

-Banana

Thoughts:
The headaches are going away as my body adjusts to this diet.  I gotta drink at least a gallon of water everyday.  This morning I refilled my 32 oz. cup with water 4 times before noon.  I felt my body crashing around 2:30pm so I hit the gym and it rejuvenated me. I'm feeling more and more confident with each passing day.  I feel like I have more energy and I'm starting to see some results.  I weighed myself a few moment ago and I'm at 264 lbs.  I was 269 lbs on moday so that 5 lbs. lost in 3 days.  That's a record for me.  Previous diets took me like 3 weeks to lose 5 lbs.  I think I can keep doing this....

Day 2

Exercise:
-30 min light walk in the afternoon
-20 pushups

-Ginger Root

-Mango
-Peaches
-Banana

Thoughts:
I didn't even finish all my juice today.  I have two 20 oz. bottles and one 32 oz. bottle but today I still had one of the 20 oz. bottles by the time I got home.  This morning I woke up feeling slightly light headed but after drinking 64 oz. of water I felt better.  I weighed myself today.  I'm at 267lbs.  Yesterday I was at 269lbs.  Slight progress and it gives me hope. We can do this.  (:

Day 1

Exercise:
-20 min light walk in the afternoon
-30 min on the elliptical at night

Thoughts:
I ate a handful of cashews in the afternoon because I was starting to get a little light headed.  Other than that I ate no solid foods and I didn't feel too hungry today.  I mean, I would smell other people's food and want to snack on it but I kept my mind occupied so I wouldn't have to think of food.  I did get headaches throughout the day.  I usually attribute that to being "hangry".  Hungry + Angry = Hangry.  I prefer being "horngry".  I think you can figure out what that means.

I weighed myself last night and I weighed myself right meow.  Exactly the same.  Patience, grasshopper.
